Now we read the validFrom information directly from the cert file
in order to calculate the renewal date.

This is necessary, because in ae697392
we made the import feature available to the end-user. As a result,
the value of lastUpdate() does not only change after issue/renewal,
but also everytime the user clicks on the "import" button.

security/acme-client: add support for cPanel HTTP API

Removed hard-coded colors from vts.css and added classes to allow
theming (default OPNsense theme and contributed themes).

Loading of the logging page takes very look if many servers are configured.
With this change the single log files for a server are loaded only after
clicking the down error for the server entry in the log view.

Add description for restart action so it can be used in automations (e.g. after acme cert update, restart freeradius which uses it)

While here, add the --quiet option which is recommended when running
